On Thursday January 28 at 7pm, I will be holding a lecture on cleansing and weight loss. There are many different ways to lose weight. Some are healthy and promote long term weight loss, however, many are dangerous and short term answers that leave your body unhealthy. I will be giving a Lecture followed by a question and answer session. I personally have tried most weight loss programs from diet pills to weight watchers. I have personally lost 20 lbs in 30 days on this program. I had more energy and felt great! Please RSVP and let me know how many guests you will be bringing. The meeting will be in my office.
